Rooted Empowerment Private
Time to understand.
Space to choose.
A path that is your own.
An eight-week individualized experience for the next chapter of a life already built.
Private work with Leslie Brewer

The experience
A considered process.
Not an isolated conversation.
You may arrive with a clear priority—or with the sense that the life you have built is ready for a different question. The experience begins there.
Across eight weeks, assessment, private dialogue, reflection and practical work form one pathway. Each part informs the next: what you notice shapes what you explore; what you explore shapes what you try.
The aim is to leave with a clearer understanding of your choices and a practical way to continue developing them.
How the work unfolds
Understand
Look at the current chapter, the patterns influencing it, and the strengths already available.
Clarify
Give language to what matters now—and what meaningful progress would look like for you.
Decide
Explore what to preserve, what to reconsider, and which possibilities deserve your attention.
Build
Try deliberate changes in ordinary life, review what happens, and adapt the pathway.
Integrate
Bring insight and practice together, with a continuation plan and a 30-day follow-up.

Meaningful progress becomes visible
in the choices of an ordinary day.
One individualized pathway
The tools support
the process.
Private sessions are the anchor. What happens before, between and after them gives the work its continuity.
Assessment & direction
A comprehensive initial assessment shapes your Rooted Empowerment pathway around priorities, readiness and preferred ways of working.
Private work & reflection
Eight private 75–90 minute sessions combine personal-development coaching, reflection and hypnotherapy where appropriate and with your agreement.
Practice between sessions
Relevant workbook materials, supporting audio or digital resources, and structured support help you carry the work into your own life.
Integration & continuation
Final integration planning and a 30-day follow-up give you space to consider what has become useful and how to continue.
What private means
Genuinely individualized.

There is no standard curriculum, predetermined destination or expectation that your priorities belong neatly in one category. Your decisions, relationships, recurring patterns, possibilities and practical responsibilities shape the work.
Assessment establishes a starting point. Private dialogue and agreed experiments refine the pathway as you discover what is useful. Tools, pacing and between-session practice serve that pathway rather than becoming a program you must fit.
Preparation follows your priorities and what emerges in the work. Sessions build on earlier conversations and agreed experiments, so you have continuity across the eight weeks rather than a sequence of unrelated appointments.
You bring the life already built. The experience gives your next questions sustained attention.
Care around the experience
Room for personal work.
Respect for your boundaries.
Privacy & discretion
You decide what you are comfortable bringing into the conversation. Before enrollment, discuss how information is handled, the boundaries of confidentiality and the agreed communication arrangements. The public assessment asks about personal-development priorities and does not request clinical histories.
Continuity beyond the final session
The final integration session brings together what you have noticed, tried and found useful. Your continuation plan identifies practices to keep, questions still open and a realistic next step. A 30-day follow-up provides time to review how that plan is working in ordinary life.
Choosing appropriate support
If your priorities call for expertise outside the scope of this personal-development experience, Leslie will discuss that fit with you. Another form of professional support may be a more appropriate next step, or may sit alongside this work. The decision to proceed should remain a considered one.

Questions worth asking.
What is the consultation for?
A consultation is an opportunity to discuss your priorities, ask about the approach and consider whether the private experience fits. Your Starting Point summary can provide context if you choose to include it. A reflection profile does not determine suitability or create an obligation to enroll.
Do I need a fully defined goal?
No. The initial assessment helps clarify what matters now. Uncertainty can be a useful starting point.
Is hypnotherapy used in every session?
It may be incorporated when appropriate and with your agreement. The experience is an individualized combination of tools, rather than a fixed series of hypnosis sessions.
How do sessions take place?
The practice is virtual-first. Session format, scheduling and practical arrangements are discussed during the consultation.
What does between-session support include?
The scope, communication channel and response expectations are agreed before enrollment. Structured support does not imply continuous or emergency availability.
What if private work is not right for me?
The Starting Point reflection and Reading Room remains available without enrollment. You can continue exploring at your own pace.
Rooted Empowerment is offered for personal development and education, not diagnosis or medical or mental-health treatment. Experiences and outcomes are individual.
