Rooted Empowerment™The next chapter, intentionally.

Rooted Empowerment / Private personal development

You’ve built a life.
Now decide what you want the rest of it to become.

An individualized experience for understanding what has shaped you—and intentionally choosing what comes next.

Discover Your Starting Point

A short reflection. No health questions. No obligation.

01 / Recognition

A full life can still hold an unanswered question.

Achievement and fulfillment don’t always arrive together. You may value the life you’ve created and still feel ready for something different.

A mature tree beside a wide expanse of untouched landscape.

Your work is established.
Your next direction isn’t.

Your children need less of you.
What needs more of you now?

Retirement is on the horizon.
You want more than an ending.

A relationship is changing.
So is your sense of yourself.

You have more freedom.
You’re asking what it is for.

An old pattern keeps returning.
You’re ready to reconsider it.

A quiet path separating gently into possibilities among pale mountains.

02 / A different starting point

Meaningful change doesn’t require
your life to be falling apart.

Sometimes the question isn’t “What’s wrong with me?”

It’s “What do I want to build now?”

Expressive charcoal roots weaving through pale earth beneath an established tree.
The foundations of a life already built.

03 / The Rooted Empowerment Method

Understand the roots.
Choose the direction.

Rooted Empowerment brings assessment, reflection, coaching, education, practical tools and, where appropriate, hypnotherapy into an individualized pathway.

The work begins with your life as it is: what you’ve built, what still serves you, and what you want to carry into the next chapter.

01

Understand

Recognize the experiences, assumptions and habits influencing your choices.

02

Decide

Distinguish what you want to preserve from what you are ready to reconsider.

03

Build

Translate insight into practical actions that fit the way you live and learn.

04 / Meet the founder

Leslie Brewer

Practical systems.
Human understanding.

Founder, author and educator. Leslie brings lived experience, hypnotherapy training and a practical problem-solving perspective to the Rooted Empowerment Method.

The life you have already built belongs in this conversation—your experience, your judgment and the things you want to preserve.

A guiding principle of Leslie’s work

Her approach begins with the individual—not an assumption about who that person should become.

05 / Rooted Empowerment Private

Space to think deeply.
Support to move deliberately.

An eight-week private experience, shaped around your priorities, your pace and the life you want to create.

Individual attention.
A pathway shaped around you.

Assessment, private sessions, relevant materials, integration planning and a 30-day follow-up.

An open ink circle with a subtle path emerging through its opening.

06 / Your starting point

Clarity begins
with noticing.

You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal. The Starting Point assessment offers a considered series of sixteen questions about your present chapter, priorities, patterns, readiness and preferred support.

You’ll receive a tailored reflection and a practical next step. If private work looks appropriate, you can explore the private experience after reading your results.

07 / A broader purpose

Individual development.
Wider possibility.

Rooted Empowerment is a program of Rebel Roots, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Private work creates a sustainable foundation for a broader mission of empowerment, leadership and practical education.

Private participation generates earned revenue that strengthens Rebel Roots. Charitable support and grants can extend access further through education, practical resources and future access opportunities.

Private participation is payment for services; charitable giving is a separate choice.
